Job summary

KPMG LLP is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Federal Advisory practice. You will lead and coordinate agile projects, act as Scrum Master and drive business process improvements across clients in the U.S. federal sector.

Responsibilities include translating business needs into well-defined requirements, managing the product backlog, and ensuring timely delivery with IT partners. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement and a background in ServiceNow project delivery.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of ServiceNow project management leading app development teams.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is required.
• Solid understanding of Agile processes and methodologies, including writing user stories and breaking down large stories.
• Experience with requirements elicitation or configuring the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience using business analysis tools/techniques to design and implement business change.
• Familiarity with implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements.
• U.S. Government clearance is required or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Perform Scrum Master functions: stakeholder analysis, change activities, and requirements analysis and design definition.
• Lead business process definition, re-engineering, improvements and gap analysis with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Serve as a liaison between business owners, end users, and IT partners ensuring cohesive delivery and translation of requirements.
• Lead the flow of requirements from the product backlog into sprint planning with a detailed view of business and functional requirements.
• Maintain requirements documentation to keep approved use cases, process flows, and reporting up to date.
• Monitor progress and deadlines for each development team and address bottlenecks.
• Coordinate and prioritize backlog for each business analyst to align with project goals.
