Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in program execution, operations, or the software development lifecycle.
• Proven ability to manage multi-functional programs from conception through integration and support.
• Technical proficiency with software-based troubleshooting or support environments.
• Must be willing and able to achieve and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.
• CompTIA Security+ CE – IAT Level II preferred.
• Experience with security applications or networking technology within government or regulated sectors preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and ability to communicate technical and business complexities to varying levels of management.
• Basic understanding of software programming or scripting languages preferred.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to work in U.S. Government classified environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main technical point of contact for resolving Workspace for Government operational issues.
• Manage customer account changes and troubleshoot support requests, ensuring timely resolution via JIRA.
• Drive customer requirements gathering and oversee order fulfillment within Cisco Commerce Workplace.
• Partner with multi-functional teams to develop, document, and improve federal sales processes.
• Lead ad hoc projects and manage multiple simultaneous customer engagements.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for federal account teams.
• Influence the development lifecycle of federal offerings while addressing high-priority needs.
