Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a hybrid role based in the Virginia, Maryland, DC Metro Area to support Cisco Workspace for Government.

You will serve as the primary operational contact for federal accounts, guiding sales processes and coordinating cross-functional teams to fulfill requirements. The role involves resolving Workspace for Government issues, managing account changes in Jira, and shaping the development lifecycle of federal offerings while maintaining exposure to high-priority

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in program execution, operations, or the software development lifecycle.
• Proven ability to manage multi-functional programs from conception through integration and support.
• Technical proficiency with software-based troubleshooting or support environments.
• Must be willing and able to achieve and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main technical point of contact for resolving Workspace for Government operational issues.
• Manage customer account changes and troubleshoot support requests, ensuring timely resolution via JIRA.
• Drive the customer requirements gathering process and oversee order fulfillment within Cisco Commerce Workplace.
• Partner with multi-functional teams to contribute to the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of federal sales processes.
• Lead ad hoc projects and manage multiple simultaneous customer engagements in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
