Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced IT project and service-delivery leader to supervise federal operations across O&M and application management. You will serve as the main client contact, coordinate with government stakeholders, and drive staffing, budgets, and schedules to meet contract obligations.

You will oversee 24x7 monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement of processes, while ensuring compliance with FISMA, NIST, and privacy requirements and aligning with enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, business or related field; equivalent experience considered
• 10+ years of progressive IT project or service-delivery experience
• Experience leading a federal IT operations, O&M, or managed-services program with multi-disciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single accountable project leader and primary customer point of contact
• Coordinate with COR/CO, government leadership, development teams, security personnel, subcontractors, and vendors
• Direct and supervise the delivery organization; align staffing, skills, and on-call coverage
• Resolve issues, allocate resources, set priorities, and elevate decisions affecting scope, schedule, cost, or quality
• Maintain KPIs and dashboards covering application health, service performance, workload, and risk
• Oversee 24x7 monitoring, incident management, and root-cause analysis; coordinate escalations
• Govern release readiness, deployment scheduling, validation, and rollback planning
• Ensure compliance with DOT, FISMA, NIST/FIPS, Privacy Act, records management, and security training
