Job summary

Jobtailor in Maryland seeks a seasoned Program/Operations Manager to serve as the main technical contact for government operations. You will resolve workspace issues, manage changes via JIRA, and oversee requirements gathering and order fulfillment within Cisco Commerce Workplace.

Collaboration across functions will refine federal sales processes and support high-priority customer needs. Must possess a Bachelor’s degree, demonstrate lifecycle experience, and be eligible for a Top Secret

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in program execution, operations, or the software development lifecycle.
• Proven ability to manage multi-functional programs from conception through integration and support.
• Technical proficiency with software-based troubleshooting or support environments.
• Must be willing and able to achieve and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.
• CompTIA Security+ CE – IAT Level II preferred.
• Experience with security applications or networking technology within government or regulated sectors preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and ability to communicate technical and business complexities to varying levels of management.
• Basic understanding of software programming or scripting languages preferred.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to work in U.S. Government classified environments.
