Job summary

Cisco's Workspace for Government team is seeking a results-driven program and operations specialist to bridge engineering efforts with federal customers. You’ll be the primary operational contact for federal account teams, guiding sales processes and coordinating cross-functional teams to meet mission-critical requirements.

Responsibilities include resolving Workspace for Government issues via Jira, managing account changes, gathering requirements, and driving order fulfillment within Cisco

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in program execution, operations, or the software development lifecycle.
• Proven ability to manage multi-functional programs from conception through integration and support.
• Technical proficiency with software-based troubleshooting or support environments.
• Must be willing and able to achieve and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main technical point of contact for resolving Workspace for Government operational issues.
• Manage customer account changes and troubleshoot support requests, ensuring timely resolution via JIRA.
• Drive the customer requirements gathering process and oversee order fulfillment within Cisco Commerce Workplace.
• Partner with multi-functional teams to contribute to the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of federal sales processes.
• Lead ad hoc projects and manage multiple simultaneous customer engagements in a fast-paced environment.
