Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in program execution, operations, or the software development lifecycle.
Ability to manage multi-functional programs from conception through integration and support.
Technical proficiency with software-based troubleshooting or support environments.
Willingness and ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main technical point of contact for resolving Workspace for Government operational issues.
Manage customer account changes and troubleshoot support requests, ensuring timely resolution via JIRA.
Drive the customer requirements gathering process and oversee order fulfillment within Cisco Commerce Workplace.
Partner with multi-functional teams to contribute to the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of federal sales processes.
Lead ad hoc projects and manage multiple simultaneous customer engagements in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
