Dropzone AI is seeking a Federal Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth in the U.S. federal territory. You will manage the entire sales cycle, cultivate enterprise opportunities, and shape go-to-market strategies with cross-functional teams.

You will engage CISOs and IT executives, present AI-driven security value, and navigate complex federal procurement. This role emphasizes quota attainment and strategic territory planning in a fast-moving startup environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in the SOC cybersecurity space.
• Experience selling into DoD/Federal CSSP/CSP landscape.
• Experience with DISA, DoW, DHS and federal procurement processes.
• TS/SCI clearance a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire sales cycle within the defined U.S. federal territory from prospecting through deal closure.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of enterprise and mid-market opportunities.
• Execute regional go-to-market strategies aligned with company revenue goals.
• Lead discovery, present product demos, and deliver tailored security and ROI narratives.
• Build trusted relationships with CISOs, SOC leaders, security analysts, and IT executives.
