TechOp Solutions International is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to support staffing for our federal client portfolio, focusing on the contact and customer service center groups. You will partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiting Leads to understand needs and drive the end-to-end recruiting process, including screening, interviewing, and assessments, while ensuring compliance and security checks.

The role requires experience in government contracting recruitment, a strong pipeline management

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS degree required; 5+ years of recruiting experience
• Experience in federal contracting recruitment highly desired
• Working knowledge of the recruiting life cycle
• Advanced MS Office skills, database management, and internet searches
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Experience recruiting for Service Contract Act (SCA) positions
• Ability to build professional networks and manage a high-volume pipeline

Aufgaben

• Partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiting Leads to understand hiring needs
• Manage full recruiting lifecycle for contact center roles, screen resumes, interview candidates by phone, video, or in person, and reference check
• Follow up with candidates and managers on interview status
• Report on candidate activity in ATS; analyze pipeline health
• Manage security process for contingent hires and guide candidates through it
• Meet hiring goals and grow relationships with a pool of qualified candidates
• Design and implement innovative recruiting strategies with the team
• Post jobs on boards and social networks; source from online resources
• Maintain accurate labeling, version control, and audit-ready documentation in ATS/HRIS/security systems
