TechOp Solutions International is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to lead the full recruiting lifecycle for our fast-paced contact center portfolio in the Las Vegas area. You will partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiting Leads to source, interview, and onboard top talent while maintaining strong compliance and timely delivery.

• BA/BS plus 5 years of recruiting experience required.
• Experience in federal contracting recruiting highly desired.
• Experience in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Experience handling multiple positions/portfolios.
• Proficient in MS Office, database management, and online research.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Experience using job boards/databases and HR software.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiting Leads to understand hiring needs.
• Manage full recruiting lifecycle for the contact center portfolio; hire and onboard quality talent.
• Screen resumes, interview candidates (phone, video, in-person) and administer assessments.
• Maintain candidate status updates with Hiring Managers and ATS.
• Draft and deliver offers for exempt and non-exempt roles.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws and security processes for contingent hires.
• Develop job descriptions and maintain pipeline health with data analysis.
