Kentro is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to join our Growth Team in a remote US-based role. You will lead the complete proposal lifecycle for strategic federal opportunities, coordinating with writers, reviewers, designers, and capture specialists to deliver high-quality, compliant responses.

You will translate technical content, manage schedules, and drive color reviews, ensuring timely submissions while maintaining the Kentro standard of excellence and collaboration across teams.

Qualifikationen

• 10 years of federal proposal management experience.
• Understanding of the Federal source selection acquisition process.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Word and Acrobat; SharePoint administration experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage the overall proposal development process from Pre-Proposal through Post-Proposal phases for priority/strategic proposals.
• Coach and train proposal teams on compliant and compelling responses.
• Produce and manage outlines, writing and reviewer assignments, and compliance matrices.
• Develop and maintain proposal schedules and ensure on-time delivery to the customer.
• Lead proposal color reviews and support with capture activities and RFIs as needed.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, capture managers, and client service teams to create compelling material.
