IT Concepts dba Kentro is seeking a Mid-Level Proposal Manager to support the Growth Team in managing complex federal proposals from pre-proposal through post-proposal.

The position is remote within the United States and aligns with Eastern Time hours, offering a base salary range of $110,000–$130,000 along with growth opportunities, certifications, and collaboration with graphics, capture, and client service teams.

Qualifications

• Understanding of the Federal source selection acquisition process.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varied personalities across functions.
• Ability to review and correct material for content, style, and compliance with standards; perform follow-ups with primary authors.
• Proficiency in desktop publishing and production activities (Word, Acrobat).
• Experience with SharePoint administration and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall proposal development process from Pre-Proposal through Post-Proposal phases.
• Coach proposal teams on developing compliant, compelling responses per Kentro processes.
• Produce and manage outlines, kickoff docs, writing assignments, and compliance matrices.
