Job summary

ProVets Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a seasoned Proposal Manager to lead federal proposal development from kickoff to submission. You will coordinate contributors, manage color-team reviews, and ensure compliant, persuasive content that reflects customer priorities and company differentiators.

The role is remote within the Washington DC metro area with occasional in-person meetings in Northern Virginia and collaboration with leadership, capture personnel, pricing contributors, and teammates

Qualifications

Five+ years of proposal development experience for U.S. federal opportunities.
Experience preparing proposals for professional services including staffing and past performance.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; equivalent experience considered.
Working knowledge of FAR related to proposal prep and compliance.
Ability to interpret solicitations and translate into plans.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end development of RFP/RFQ/RFI responses and related solicitations.
Analyze requirements, risks, and questions; create schedules and compliance matrices.
Write, edit, and integrate proposal content and win themes.
Coordinate contributors, reviews, and revisions for a compliant final submission.
Manage color team reviews (Pink/Red/Gold) and messaging with leadership.
Ensure alignment between technical, staffing, and pricing volumes.
