Filevine is seeking a Federal Proposal Manager to lead end-to-end submissions for RFI, RFP, and RFx with federal customers. You will craft compelling narratives, manage compliance, and coordinate across capture, sales, product, and legal to translate technical capability into win themes in a fast-paced environment.

As an AI-native company, Filevine leverages LLMs and specialized proposal software to accelerate drafting while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience writing and managing technical proposals for federal customers.
• Experience using AI tools and LLMs for drafting, analysis, and compliance checks.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS, FedRAMP, and other federal security requirements.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own proposal development end to end, ensuring clarity and alignment with requirements.
• Ensure compliance with government acquisition regulations and matrices.
• Run the proposal process with schedules, outlines, and reviews.
• Leverage AI throughout the lifecycle while ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Lead cross-organizational collaboration with capture, sales, product, engineering, legal.
• Coordinate and facilitate color-team reviews and integrate feedback.
• Partner on win strategy with account executives and capture.
• Build and maintain templates, boilerplates, and style guides.
• Continuously improve proposal operations and AI workflows.
