Job summary

Filevine is seeking a Federal Civilian Sales Engineer to be the technical force behind federal deals. You will architect and configure the platform to fit agency workflows, run technical demos for both engineers and leadership, and serve as the trusted advisor throughout evaluation.

You will partner with Account Executives across civilian pipelines, translating requirements into solutions and delivering mission-relevant demonstrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical pre-sales role, ideally with federal or public-sector customers
• Ability to configure and tailor a software platform across multiple use cases
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST, ATO and related security/compliance constraints
• Ability to work across diverse problem domains and deliver credible AI-enabled solutions

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for federal civilian customers from discovery through validation
• Configure and tailor the platform across case-management use cases and map to agency workflows
• Design and deliver compelling demonstrations translating complex capability into mission value
• Architect the solution within the customer's environment and advise on integration and deployment
• Partner with Account Executives to translate agency requirements into configured solutions
• Demonstrate workflow-management and AI capabilities in realistic engagements
• Capture field feedback to influence Product and Engineering roadmaps for federal market
