Job summary

Filevine is seeking a Federal Civilian Sales Engineer to translate a government mission problem into a configurable, demonstrable solution. You will architect the system for each agency, run compelling demos for both technical and non-technical audiences, and serve as the trusted technical advisor throughout evaluation processes.

You will partner with Account Executives across civilian pipelines, translating requirements into solutions and ensuring evaluators gain confidence to move forward.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical pre-sales role serving federal or public-sector customers.
• Ability to configure software across multiple use cases, not a fixed script.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with federal security (FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST) and cloud architecture.
• Ability to adapt to diverse agency missions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for federal civilians evaluating Filevine.
• Configure platform across case-management use cases with demos and working configurations.
• Design and deliver demonstrations translating capabilities into mission value.
• Architect the solution within the customer environment considering federal constraints.
• Collaborate with Account Executives translating agency requirements into solutions.
• Demonstrate AI capabilities and workflow modeling within the platform.
• Provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering to shape federal roadmap.
