Job summary

Filevine is a Legal AI company delivering LOIS-based case management to federal civilian agencies. As a Federal Civilian Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle from outreach to deployment, driving adoption of our AI-native platform.

You will collaborate with Sales Engineering, Proposal, and GTM to navigate FAR compliance, build strategic account plans, and forecast performance in Salesforce while growing Filevine’s presence in federal markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in enterprise software sales with revenue targets.
• Proven track record meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Balance of strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
• Strong relationship-building across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with complex procurement and civilian contracting vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business and revenue growth within federal civilian agencies, owning the full sales cycle from initial outreach through deployment.
• Navigate federal civilian procurement requirements, including FAR, security standards, and agency regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across federal agencies, becoming a trusted advisor on Filevine’s AI-native case management.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligning with agency missions and modernization.
• Coordinate with cloud providers and system integrators to ensure deployment and integration.
• Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to product teams for compliance.
• Create and maintain account strategies and playbooks for federal civilian use cases.
• Accurately forecast quarterly and annual performance and manage the pipeline in Salesforce.
