Job summary

Finch AI is seeking a Proposal Manager for our Washington, DC area team. You will lead end-to-end proposal development for federal opportunities, coordinating inputs from capture, technical, contracts, pricing, and leadership to create compelling submissions.

The role requires strong writing, project management, and knowledge of Shipley-like processes, with US Citizenship and ability to obtain clearance. Onsite/Hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• Experience leading federal government proposals through full lifecycle.
• Strong writing and editing skills for executive briefs and proposals.
• Proven ability to coordinate contributions across capture, technical, contracts, and pricing.
• Experience with proposal management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end proposal development from RFP release to submission.
• Develop schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices.
• Coordinate inputs from capture, technical, contracts, pricing, and leadership.
• Facilitate color team reviews and manage proposal production.
• Ensure compliance with RFP instructions and evaluation criteria.
