Job summary

QualX Corporation is seeking a Proposal Manager to lead federal bid efforts from conception through submission in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience managing federal government proposals.
• Experience leading 3–5 concurrent proposal projects in a fast-paced federal contracting environment.
• Experience supporting RFIs, Sources Sought, or white papers.
• Strong understanding of federal procurement processes and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3–5 simultaneous proposal efforts, coordinating cross-functional teams and deadlines.
• Develop and manage proposal schedules, outlines, compliance matrices, and submission requirements.
• Coordinate SMEs, pricing, and leadership to drive proposal execution.
• Write, edit, and finalize executive summaries, management approaches, and past performance sections.
• Ensure content aligns with solicitation requirements and acquisition guidelines.
• Leverage AI-enabled proposal tools to improve quality and efficiency.
• Maintain proposal content libraries, templates, and reusable materials.
