Job summary

Inadev Corporation seeks a Senior Proposal Manager to lead complex Federal government proposal efforts from qualification through submission and oral presentations. You will collaborate with Capture Managers, Solution Architects, SMEs, Pricing, and Executives to craft compliant and winning proposals.

The role requires exceptional leadership, organization, writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into customer-focused narratives.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Must possess minimum of 5 years of Federal proposal management experience.
• Experience managing competitive Federal proposals ranging from $25M to $100M+ in total contract value.
• Hands-on experience supporting IDIQs, GWACs, BPAs, task orders, and large unrestricted pursuits.
• Strong writing, editing, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to transform complex technical concepts into customer-oriented value proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end proposal development lifecycle from pre-proposal planning through final submission.
• Develop and manage proposal schedules, milestones, action item trackers, and submission plans.
• Conduct proposal kickoff meetings, daily standups, status reviews, and executive briefings.
• Facilitate win theme development, graphics, and solutioning sessions.
• Manage Pink Team, Red Team, Gold Team, Executive, and Recovery Reviews.
• Ensure all proposal activities meet schedule and solicitation compliance.
• Lead and coordinate proposal teams including writers, editors, SMEs, pricing analysts, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate collaboration across Capture, BD, Operations, Technical, Finance, Contracts, and Executives.
• Identify and mitigate proposal risks and resource constraints.
• Maintain accountability for quality, responsiveness, and submission readiness.
• Lead the development and management of oral presentation responses.
• Coordinate storyboard sessions, wall walks, dry runs, and executive rehearsals.
• Develop presentation outlines, key messages, graphics, and speaker notes.
• Coach presenters to ensure compelling, differentiated delivery.
• Ensure oral presentations align with win themes and customer priorities.
