Qualis LLC seeks a Proposal Manager to lead and write compelling proposals for complex Federal Government contracts from our Huntsville, AL office. You will collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, compliant proposals that meet RFP requirements and FAR compliance.

You will manage content, coordinate with BD to support opportunities, and assist with internal/external communications as needed, leveraging modern collaboration tools.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of federal proposal writing or technical writing experience.
• Familiarity with Shipley or APMP proposal methodologies.
• Experience with standard proposal management software and collaboration tools.

Mansioni

• Lead, develop, and write compelling federal proposals.
• Collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams to gather content.
• Draft executive summaries, technical narratives, and management plans.
• Ensure content adheres to FAR and RFP instructions.
• Maintain proposal content repository for reuse.
• Support market research and BD by updating opportunity trackers.
