Job summary

Acuity International is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to lead the development of competitive proposals for federal government, state and commercial customers. You will coordinate with technical teams, SMEs, and contracts to ensure compliant, high-quality submissions.

Responsibilities include managing color review processes, creating outlines, and implementing AI tools in proposal workflows while refining processes and templates for efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in proposal management.
• Proven track record of leading and winning proposals $100M+.
• Understanding of competitive analysis, win strategy, and price-to-win analysis.
• Experience with proposal automation tools and generative AI solutions.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and federal contracting processes.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple proposals and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, Adobe, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end proposal development from RFP analysis to submission.
• Manages proposal personnel, schedules, deadlines, and progress tracking.
• Collaborates with technical teams, SMEs, contracts, and business development.
• Ensures compliance with solicitation requirements and FAR/DFARS.
• Develops and edits executive summaries, technical volumes, past performance, and cost narratives.
• Maintains outlines, compliance matrices, and review plans.
