Job summary

Johnson Controls Huntsville, AL seeks a Project Coordinator to support federal programs, manage project documentation, and coordinate with procurement, project management, and government stakeholders.

You will collaborate with procurement, engineering, and regional teams to ensure on-time delivery, accurate reporting, and compliant subcontract processes. The role requires meticulous admin skills and proficiency in Procore and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills with Windows, MS Office, and email.
• Advanced Excel skills including tables and formulas.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support documentation for RFPs, RFIs, RFQs and subcontract processing.
• Coordinate with procurement, project management, engineering, and regional teams to order products and track delivery.
• Expedite orders with vendors and manage shipping data.
• Handle subcontract paperwork, including waivers, COIs, wrap ups and invoices.
• Set up submittal packages in Procore with project documents.
• Communicate deliverable dates and issues with Government contacts.
• Assist with subcontract processes and change management as needed.
• Ensure cost scheduling and re-estimates are entered into the tracking system.
• Support document control and perform other duties to support the project team.
