Job summary

Johnson Controls Federal Systems is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Washington Navy Yard in Washington D.C. The role involves handling subcontract processing, project documentation, cost tracking, and invoicing tasks to ensure on-time delivery and financial accountability.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, ensuring accurate records, scheduling, and compliance with government contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting project related teams in construction or building maintenance.
• Proficient computer skills with Windows, Microsoft Office, and email.
• Strong interpersonal communication with internal and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Supports subcontract processing, manages project documentation, and cost tracking system entry.
• Works with Project Manager/Engineering Management to ensure consistent delivery and financial commitments; researches reports.
• Completes administrative tasks for project or sales-related activities to meet customer expectations and financial commitments.
