Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR 5+ years of experience in LMR, Engineering, Project Management, Technical Services, Government, Military or Public Safety.
• U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain necessary security clearance.
• Willingness to travel 50%+ across the continental U.S.

Responsibilities

• Oversees deployment and implementation of Motorola Solutions products and services.
• Leads cross-functional teams to launch new solutions or upgrade existing systems.
• Manages the entire project lifecycle from initiation through completion or handoff, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Drafts and executes project plans including design reviews, timelines, configuration, installation, training, and testing.
• Oversees subcontractor performance via detailed statements of work and purchase orders, schedules, and compliance with specs.
• Tracks and manages budget allocations, revenue goals, and equipment inventory; prepares technical proposals and change orders.
• Conducts project reviews and status meetings; communicates progress to stakeholders; drafts comprehensive documentation.
