Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Federal Project Manager to support DoD initiatives, offering flexible remote work within the U.S. and at least 50% travel across the continental U.S.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage the full project lifecycle, and ensure scope, budget and schedules are met. Strong background in IT communications for government or public safety sectors, with proven ability to secure and maintain DHS/DoD-level clearances and deliver high-quality results in a remote

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR 5+ years of experience in LMR, Engineering, Project Management, Technical Services, Government, Military or Public Safety.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance for government contracts.
• Willingness to travel across the continental US 50%+ and reside near a major airport.

Responsibilities

• Oversees deployment and implementation of Motorola Solutions products and services.
• Leads cross-functional teams to launch new solutions or upgrade systems.
• Directs end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to handoff with budget and timeline adherence.
• Drafts SOWs, directs vendor performance, and manages subcontractor activities.
