Motorola Solutions is seeking a Federal Project Manager to join the Federal Division in support of Department of Defense initiatives. This role offers flexible remote work from anywhere in the United States with proximity to a major airport and requires 50% or more domestic travel.

You will oversee deployment, lead cross-functional teams, and manage the full project lifecycle to ensure delivery within time, budget, and quality constraints.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree OR 5+ years of experience in LMR, Engineering, Project Management, Technical Services, Government, Military or Public Safety.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
• U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain security clearance as required by government contracts.

• Oversees the deployment and implementation of Motorola Solutions products and service offerings.
• Leads cross-functional teams dedicated to launching new solutions or upgrading existing systems.
• Directs the entire project lifecycle from initiation through completion or handoff, monitoring performance metrics throughout.
• Guarantees delivery within established timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
• Formulates and executes comprehensive project plans encompassing contractual requirements, including design reviews, timelines, system configuration, installation, training, and testing.
