Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Federal Project Manager to oversee deployment of mission-critical digital mobile systems for DoD initiatives. You will guide cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and clear stakeholder communication.

Role offers flexible remote work within the United States with 50%+ travel and requires an active DHS Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR 5+ years in LMR, Engineering, Project Management, Technical Services, Government, Military or Public Safety.
• U.S. citizen able to obtain necessary security clearance; DHS Public Trust clearance when required.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely; sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Oversees deployment and implementation of Motorola Solutions products and services.
• Leads cross-functional teams to launch new solutions or upgrade existing systems.
• Directs the full project lifecycle from initiation to handoff, monitoring performance metrics.
• Ensures delivery within timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
• Drafts SOWs, change orders, and bids for system integrations as needed.
• Maintains regular project reviews and executive-level status updates.
