Job summary

Motorola Solutions Federal Division seeks a Federal Project Manager to drive deployment of mission-critical digital mobile systems across government and public safety projects. Remote work from within the U.S. with travel and DoD engagement are key features.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure compliance with contract requirements and security standards. A strong PM background and stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in LMR, engineering, PM, gov/public safety.
• US work authorization with ability to obtain security clearance.
• Experience deploying IT comms systems for government/public sector.

Responsibilities

• Oversee deployment and implementation of Motorola solutions products and services.
• Lead cross-functional teams to launch new or upgraded solutions.
• Direct end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to handoff.
