Qualifications

• Strong computer skills with Windows, Microsoft Office, and email.
• Advanced Excel skills with tables and formulas.
• Strong interpersonal communication and ability to multi-task.
• Experience with RFI/RFP/RFQ and project documentation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the business activities with RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and subcontract processing.
• Coordinate with procurement, project management, engineering, and regional teams to order through electronic tools and ensure delivery.
• Research information for reports and confirm delivery with customers.
• Partner with vendors regarding expediting orders and shipping data.
• Handle subcontract process documentation such as waivers and certificates of insurance.
• Set up submittal packages in Procore with project documents.
