Job summary

Astrion is seeking an Executive Assistant to support FAA projects under the PSS Contract in Washington, DC. The role requires 3–5 years of experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities include managing rosters and calendars, coordinating travel, and supporting fund certification activities with various agency systems. US citizenship is required and limited travel may be needed.

Qualifications

  • Education requirement of high school degree or higher.
  • 3-5 years of related experience.

  • Interpersonal skills to interact with customers and senior personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and program support for FAA projects and teams.
  • Support the development and maintenance of the office roster, phone list, recall roster, and calendars.
  • Distribute updated rosters and materials to team members.
  • Coordinate mail distribution and express mail services.
  • Assist with offsite meeting planning and conference room scheduling.
  • Maintain KSN for group/team.
  • Support travel in the E2 travel system and review travel authorizations.
  • Provide support to Fund Certification Officers (FCO) by collecting data and researching issues.
  • Apply understanding of CWP, Delphi, PRISM, PCARD module, REGIS, US Bank Purchase Card, and E2 to funds.
  • Review project status, funding balances, and labor reclassification.
