Job summary

Astrion is seeking a Strategic Planner II for a remote US role supporting the FAA under the PSS Contract. The role requires strong planning, analysis, and collaboration across diverse teams to meet program objectives.

Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree or higher with 5–7 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. US citizenship is required and the position may require obtaining a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide admin and management support for office functions; manage files and scheduling.
• Maintain calendars and arrange travel; manage supplies.
• Develop documents and perform editing, graphics, binding.
• Format correspondence and ensure branding; route for signatures.
• Assist with time and attendance (T&A) records and labor distribution.
• Coordinate procurement; manage property inventory.
• Prepare travel authorities and vouchers; track approvals.
• Track program actions; report delinquencies; monitor deadlines.
• Provide training within areas of responsibility.
