Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Business Process Transformation Consultant to support modernization of management services for a Federal agency. You will identify services for business process reengineering, implement operational excellence, and drive data‑driven decision making at client sites in Arlington, TX.

You will conduct as‑is/to‑be analyses, reengineer processes, and create dashboards and reports for senior leaders. Travel is 0–5% on client-site work. Active Secret clearance required.

Qualifications

• ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of professional consulting experience.
• Ability to work on client site in Arlington 3-5 times per week.

Responsibilities

• Identify services for business process reengineering and modernization.
• Implement operational excellence through assessments and process improvement.
• Drive data‑driven decision making with dashboards and reporting.
• Conduct as‑is and to‑be analyses to document workflows and inefficiencies.
• Reengineer and standardize processes to reduce redundancies and cycle time.
• Facilitate leadership workshops and develop strategic plans.
