Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a senior Federal management consultant based in Arlington, VA, with 2–3 days in the office. You will lead large-scale engagements, ensuring client satisfaction, contract performance, and delivery excellence across multiple agencies.

You will guide operational transformation, PMO, and shared services initiatives, while managing finances, staffing, and governance with senior stakeholders. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7–10 years of experience leading large-scale Federal programs or engagements.
• Experience leading operational transformation, PMO, shared services, or organizational change initiatives.
• Experience briefing executive stakeholders and facilitating governance boards and leadership meetings.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust level security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of large-scale Federal consulting engagements with primary accountability for client satisfaction and contract performance.
• Drive operational improvement, business process modernization, and organizational transformation to improve efficiency and mission outcomes.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with senior Federal stakeholders across agencies.
• Manage program governance activities including executive reporting, risk management, and performance metrics.
• Support business development activities including capture, proposal development, and organic growth.
