Job summary

Ll Oefentherapie is seeking a Learning Designer & Developer to join a high-impact Agile team supporting a national electronic healthcare modernization program. You will assess, design, and develop learning solutions that drive adoption of a large-scale Federal healthcare initiative, translating complex workflows into blended learning products.

You will collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders, ensuring accessibility, quality, and alignment with client goals, while leveraging AI to increase

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in instructional design or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of instructional design and adult learning experience.
• Experience with Section 508 accessibility standards.
• Healthcare IT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct learning needs assessments and analyze training requirements.
• Identify instructional design strategies and delivery modalities.
• Design, develop, and maintain blended learning solutions (eLearning/ILT/vILT, job aids, webinars).
• Ensure 508 compliance and quality standards across learning products.
