Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Learning Design Professional to design and develop AI-enabled learning solutions across the enterprise. You will partner with business leaders, SMEs, and AI product managers to translate capability needs into measurable objectives and practical practice.

The role applies generative AI tools to accelerate content creation, assessments, and learner support. This is a remote position under Humana’s Variable Staffing Pool (VSP).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning and Performance, Adult Education or equivalent.
• 5+ years designing and delivering corporate learning solutions.
• 3+ years facilitating in-person and virtual sessions.
• Experience with technical AI, digital transformation, or upskilling initiatives.
• Ability to communicate learning approaches and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Experience managing learning projects with timelines, risk mitigation, and stakeholder updates.
• Experience with multiple authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond) and LMS like Cornerstone.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging, learner-centered experiences to build technical skills and performance.
• Conduct needs analyses with stakeholders to identify capability requirements.
• Collaborate with SMEs to translate concepts into objectives and materials.
• Develop scalable assets and reusable content frameworks for Enterprise AI initiatives.
• Ensure materials stay current with evolving technologies and business needs.
• Track learning impact and recommend enhancements based on data.
• Guide facilitators and select learning technologies and delivery methods.
• Create multimedia learning assets (videos, simulations, e-learning, job aids).
• Deliver curricula and programs, including live and virtual sessions.
