Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Learning Designer and Developer to join an agile team delivering learning solutions for a large Federal electronic healthcare program. You will independently assess, design, develop, and maintain blended learning products to support workflow adoption and performance outcomes aligned with client needs.

You will translate complex workflows into effective training materials, support virtual and on-site deployments, and ensure accessibility and quality across all learning

Qualifications

• Requires expertise in instructional design and adult learning theories.
• Ability to assess training needs for complex workflows and translate into learning solutions.
• Experience with Section 508 and accessibility compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct learning needs assessments and analyze training requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain blended learning solutions including eLearning, ILT, webinars, and job aids.
• Ensure learning products meet 508 and quality standards; support LMS deployments.
