Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced project management professional to support a federal IT program spanning cloud hosting, agile development, and software O&M. You will manage schedules, governance artifacts, and executive-ready communications while coordinating across contractors and government teams.

Responsibilities include PMO facilitation, risk tracking, readiness assessments, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery in a dynamic, multi-vendor environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of related consulting experience.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• 7+ years in project management, PMO support, change management, or IT consulting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute PM activities across an IT federal program.
• Develop and maintain project artifacts: schedules, logs, and governance documents.
• Facilitate PMO activities, weekly status meetings, and leadership briefings.
• Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and government leaders.
• Apply structured change management for readiness, communications, and adoption.
• Assess stakeholder impacts from cloud, O&M, or application changes.
• Draft executive communications and briefing materials.
• Track risks, issues, and dependencies; support mitigation planning.
• Coordinate with contractors and government personnel for transparency.
• Support Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery and sprint planning.
• Monitor performance against scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Support transition planning, operational readiness, and maintenance.
