Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and manage complex technical initiatives from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and aligned to client objectives.

You will partner with engineering, product, operations, and stakeholders to define scope, milestones, risks, and success criteria; maintain plans, RAID logs, and status reports; travel as needed to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, CS or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Ten+ years in technical/project/program management in a tech environment; PMP or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical projects from initiation through completion, ensuring on-time delivery and within scope.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and communication plans for stakeholders.
• Coordinate resources, facilitate meetings, drive issue resolution, and remove blockers to enable execution.
• Track progress, manage scope changes, escalate risks, and support process improvement initiatives.
