Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end planning, execution, governance, and delivery of complex technical initiatives for the GrantSolutions contract. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, budget, and risks, and engage with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and federal stakeholders to achieve measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, project management, or a related field.
• TEN years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience managing complex software development, cloud, systems integration, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology initiatives.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, hybrid and predictive delivery approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse portfolio of technical initiatives from initiation through deployment and transition to operations.
• Coordinate work across multiple workstreams, vendors, and agile teams while maintaining service continuity.
• Establish delivery baselines and governance, manage requirements and change, and track performance and financials.
• Coordinate architecture, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, privacy, data, testing and operations stakeholders.
• Drive release and operational readiness, including deployment planning and handoffs.
