Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Director of Software Delivery to join our Federal IT program leadership team. You will drive technical and project leadership across software development, coordinating multiple scrum teams and government partners to deliver production releases.

You will manage sustainment, reporting, and process improvements in a CMMI Level 3 environment, while mentoring leaders and coordinating workforce planning and capacity across geographically dispersed teams.

Qualifications
