ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks an Operations Manager – DDLC Support to lead day-to-day delivery operations across multiple workstreams and locations, ensuring contract requirements, quality, and SLAs are met.

The role plans, directs, and coordinates activities, manages scope, schedule, cost, quality and risk, and collaborates with IT, logistics, security, and facilities to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 8+ years of IT/operations project/program management with multi-site delivery.
• Experience managing federal contracts or large enterprise programs with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Experience managing subcontractors and vendor relationships.
• Active PMP or PgMP certification.
• Current US secret security clearance and residency in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for DDLC task areas, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and meeting contract standards across multiple locations.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate project activities including staffing and resource allocation to meet SLAs.
• Oversee budget, schedule, and performance baselines with forecasting and variance analysis to leadership and client.
• Coordinate with IT, logistics, security, facilities to ensure infrastructure and support services are in place.
• Manage subcontractor onboarding, scope definition, deliverable tracking, and quality oversight.
• Implement standardized processes aligning with CMMI Level 3, Agile, and delivery frameworks.
• Monitor risks, perform root-cause analysis, and maintain risk logs for visibility.
• Develop and present operational reports and dashboards on volume, throughput, SLA attainment, and workforce utilization.
• Provide people leadership to a dispersed team including performance management and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, information security, and client governance.
