Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 8+ years of experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing IT/operations projects with multi-site or worldwide delivery.
• Experience managing Federal government contracts or large enterprise programs budgets, forecasting, and reporting.
• Experience managing subcontractors and vendor relationships and ensuring contract compliance.
• Active PMP or PgMP certification.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills across IT, logistics, security, and other functions.
• Current US security clearance and residence in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for DDLC task areas, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to contract, quality, and performance standards.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate project activities including staffing and resource allocation to meet SLAs.
• Oversee budget, schedule, and performance baselines with forecasting and variance analysis for leadership and client.
• Coordinate with IT, logistics, security, facilities to ensure required infrastructure and support services.
• Manage subcontractor performance including onboarding, scope definition, and issue resolution.
• Implement standardized operational processes aligned with CMMI Level 3 and Agile practices.
• Monitor risks and issues; conduct root-cause analyses and maintain logs for visibility.
• Develop and present operational reports and dashboards on volume, throughput, SLA attainment, and workforce utilization.
