Salute Inc. is seeking an IT Lead - Federal Business Development in the United States to drive technical solutions for DoD, IC, and civilian agencies.

The role partners with BD, Capture, and engineering teams to identify opportunities, develop compliant architectures, and lead proposal efforts. The candidate will oversee technology leadership across data center, cloud, cybersecurity, and modernization initiatives, translating requirements into cost-effective, scalable solutions while ensuring

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, or data center operations.
• 5+ years supporting federal government customers, programs, or business development.
• Experience developing technical solutions for federal procurements and with CMMC 2.0, FedRAMP IL4/IL5, NIST SP 800-171, RMF/CMMC.
• Strong understanding of data center operations, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), network architecture, cybersecurity, storage and compute infrastructure, and virtualization.

Mansioni

• Identify and qualify federal opportunities with BD and Capture teams.
• Develop technical solutions for federal requirements (colocation, hyperscale data centers, cloud, AI/ML/HPC).
• Lead technical capture and write technical proposal volumes and solution narratives.
• Develop technical graphics, architectures, compliance matrices, and response strategies.
• Engage with federal stakeholders and represent the company at industry events and customer site visits.
