Salute is seeking an IT Lead - Federal Business Development to drive technical leadership across DoD, IC, and civilian agencies. The role collaborates with BD, Capture, Solutions Engineering, Operations, and executives to qualify opportunities and craft winning proposals.

You will oversee data center, cloud, cybersecurity, AI/HPC, and IT modernization initiatives, travel 25-40%, and help shape federal strategy while ensuring compliance with FedRAMP, NIST, and RMF requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise IT, including federal programs.
• Experience developing technical solutions for federal procurements.
• Strong knowledge of FedRAMP, NIST RMF, and CMMC.
• Ability to lead technical capture and proposals.
• Experience with data center, cloud, cybersecurity, and networking.

Responsabilités

• Identify and qualify federal opportunities with BD and Capture.
• Analyze government requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Lead technical solution development for deployments.
• Translate requirements into compliant architectures.
• Prepare technical proposal volumes, graphics, and narratives.
• Engage with federal stakeholders and industry events.
• Advise leadership on compliance and technology investments.
