Job summary
Guidehouse is seeking a Federal Human Capital Resource to support federal agencies in improving HR operations and transforming HCM processes. You will combine federal HR expertise with business process improvement and stakeholder engagement to design future-state HR processes.
The ideal candidate understands Federal HR policy and has experience with enterprise HCM environments such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or ServiceNow HRSD, collaborating with clients to implement improved HR
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; experience in HR policy analysis and program support.
- Experience with enterprise HCM platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or ServiceNow HRSD.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve federal HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews to assess current-state processes and identify improvements.
- Develop process maps, user stories, and operating procedures.
- Prepare client-facing presentations and executive-level deliverables.
