Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a Federal Human Capital Resource to help federal agencies modernize HR processes and transform HCM environments. You will leverage federal HR policy knowledge and stakeholder engagement to design future-state HR processes and support HR technology initiatives.

The ideal candidate understands enterprise HCM platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or ServiceNow HRSD and can translate HR needs into technical requirements for implementation teams.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of experience in human resources, policy analysis, or related field.
• Experience interpreting and applying HR policies, regulations, or procedures.
• Knowledge of OPM regulations, Federal HR policies, and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve federal HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements from client stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to assess current-state processes.
• Conduct gap analyses and develop modernization recommendations.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements for IT teams.
• Develop process maps, workflows, and operating procedures.
• Support change management and user adoption activities.
• Prepare client-facing presentations and executive deliverables.
