Responsibilities
- Define product requirements with cross-functional teams and oversee lifecycle from concept to launch.
- Translate business objectives into actionable plans and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Contribute to strategic planning, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft or similar HCM platforms; track record in product delivery.
- Familiar with agile and SAFe methodologies, roadmaps, and requirements management systems.
- Experience with user story mapping, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to manage competing priorities and deliver high-impact solutions.
