Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a seasoned PeopleSoft HCM professional to lead a 9.2 upgrade for U.S. government clients. The role covers functional requirements, configuration, and testing across both functional and technical domains.

You will configure modules, develop PeopleCode, SQR, and Application Engine components, and support design documentation. A TS clearance and US citizenship are required for eligibility.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of PeopleSoft HCM experience (9.x version preferred).
• Experience with both functional requirements gathering and technical configuration/development.
• Experience with PeopleSoft upgrade projects and understanding of upgrade tools/methodologies.
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft Integration Broker, web services, and interface development.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is: $91,700 - $178,700 USD.
