As a Product Manager at AFS, you will be responsible for guiding the development and enhancement of Human Capital Management solutions, ensuring they align with organizational goals and user needs.

Responsibilities

• You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and oversee the product lifecycle from conception through launch.
• Your ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans will be essential as you manage stakeholder expectations and drive continuous improvement.
• You will also play a key role in strategic planning, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities for innovation within the product.
• To excel in this position, you should have hands‑on experience with PeopleSoft or similar Human Capital Management platforms, as well as a proven track record of at least three years a Product Owner or Product Manager capacity.
• Familiarity with agile and SAFe methodologies, product road mapping tools, and requirements management systems will be highly beneficial.
• Exposure to user story mapping, backlog grooming, and sprint planning processes will help you navigate the fast‑paced environment and deliver high‑impact solutions.
• Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams and managing competing priorities will further support your success in this dynamic role.

Here is what you need:

• 3 years as a Product Owner or Product Manager
• 3 years of experience with PeopleSoft or other Human Capital Management (HCM) systems

Bonus if you have:

• Experience with additional HCM platforms or tools
• Strong understanding of HR business processes
• Agile or SAFe certification
• Proven track record of successful product delivery in HR technology
• Bachelor's Degree or 4 additional years of Experience

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
